Administrative Associate: The Administrative Associate provides a full range of administrative support for Make-A-Wish staff, donors, and volunteers. Major Gifts Officer: The Major Gifts Officer is visionary and able to execute a successful major gifts strategy. The Major Gifts Officer will identify, engage, cultivate, ask and steward current and prospective major gift donors with a focus on wish families. This newly created position will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of major donor prospects with a focus on gifts of $10k+. She or he will also implement a robust system of moves management and stewardship. The Major Gifts Officer will report to the CDO and will act as an integral member of the management team. Wish Granting Coordinator: The successful candidate will report to the Manager of Wish Granting and will be responsible for all aspects of coordinating the process of granting magical wishes of eligible children. Major duties include researching all options for delivering wishes in the most cost effective and quality manner, communicating with vendors, health care professionals and volunteers or interns, and keeping the wish database and paper files up to date and in compliance with National Standards and Chapter guidelines.
