Medical Outreach

Our Medical Outreach Manager shares information with the medical community about the Foundation’s mission, eligibility requirements, the referral process and the life affirming power of a wish. The Manager also assists medical professionals with the simple referral process. If you are a doctor, a nurse, a child life specialist or a social worker, we welcome the opportunity to meet with you and partner in making dreams come true for children with a life-threatening condition.
