American Express customers can help raise funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation^® through GivingExpress Online by donating dollars with their American Express Card or redeeming Membership Rewards^® points. American Express converts the points into a cash donation to the Foundation. For every 1,000 points donated, American Express will donate $10.
